Intro to Selling High-Performance Homes 101- Free CE Webinar

Multiple Listing Services across the country are “greening” their listing input forms as they seek to provide fields that will be driving the industry over the next 5-10 years. In order for new “green” fields in the MLS system to provide the most advantageous information, users must understand the proper language to describe “green” features, and the added value “green” features offer agents and homeowners. Make sure you understand the opportunities a high-performance home offers and the liabilities associated with providing false or misleading information in these fields.
