LEED 2012 4th Public Comment is now live, until Midnight May 28th EST. Visit http://www.usgbc.org/
Note that only the comments that are available for comment are those that have had any substantive changes since 3rd PC, which aren’t many. A summary of changes can be found here: https://www.usgbc.org/
