We are so thrilled to announce that GreenHome Institute served as the Provider on this newly LEED Silver-certified MOTIVATIONAL SERVICES GROUP HOME in Augusta, Maine! 

This project’s success stemmed from their commitment to going all-electric, featuring ductless mini-splits, an air-source heat pump water heater, and R-30 walls, resulting in a worst-case HERS of 37!

Other factors included a truly integrative project team with diverse skill sets that communicated clearly throughout the project, great site selection with infill and exemplary performance in density, and low-flow water devices 

The project team leader and GreenHome Institute member, Dan Black, and the on-site rater, Mike Browne, also made great efforts.
