Justin R. Wheeler assists clients with all types of real estate, construction, and business law matters. He represents clients in matters ranging from complex real estate transactions – including sales and acquisitions for cash, on land contract, and with seller or traditional lender financing – involving real estate ranging from single family residences to large commercial properties. He reviews, drafts, and negotiates commercial leases for both lessors and lessees for office, retail, and industrial properties. Justin also represents owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors in construction-related matters.
