GreenHome Institute will serve as the LEED Accredited Professional on the project and assist with documentation, energy modeling, calculation and final submittal throughout the project until certification. 1. Obtain 1 point on your project in the IN section* 2. Review of your specifications, plans, workscopes, sub contracts, energy model and LEED checklist in the design stage to ensure you are on track for LEED before construction 3. Product recommendations to hit higher levels of LEED in a more cost-effective way 4. Assistance during constructions on LEED issues and quarterly project check-in 5. Review any rebate or incentives opportunities 6. Final in-depth review of documentation prior to LEED certification submittal and assistance of assembly of review of these documents. $1000 members | $2000 non members

Certification, Indemnification and refund policy

Certification and Indemnification If a client decides not to pursue LEED certification after contracting with the GreenHome Institute for LEED Residential Provider services, a portion of the Provider fees may be refunded. Registration fees and certification fees paid to GBCI on the project’s behalf are non-refundable. · GHI Provider fees may be refunded as follows: o Cancellation within 30 days of Provider contract date: § If no work has been done on the project, 80% of the Provider fees will be refunded. § If the GreenHome Institute has begun preliminary work on the project, up to 50% of the Provider fees may be refunded or up to 80% of the Provider fees may be applied to another project if the other project is initiated within 180 days of the original contract date of the cancelled project. · If the GreenHome Institute has completed a final review, no refunds will be available.
