Black locust is an alternative to ipe and other conventional woods that can be grown more regionally and organically while also providing superior durability.

This webinar will explore the various reasons why black locust is a sustainable wood, beginning with its biology, growth and proliferation. The natural rot-resistant qualities of black locust — and historical data — prove its long-term durability as a building product and its amazing ability to withstand the elements for years.
