In this 2-hour class, the LEED for Homes rating system will be explained, and then applied to case studies relevant to the local market. Green Building Experts come to Ann Arbor

Two outstanding national Green leaders in the residential construction industry are coming in to do a special Green presentation for us.  The two gentlemen are Carl Seville and Michael Anschel.   These guys are rock stars, quite literally, in the residential construction and remodeling industry.  They are “go to” resources for anything involving residential Green, leading edge or otherwise.

Raymar Homes has completed and certified a LEED Gold House in Rockford, Michigan.  This video displays visuals of how many points were achieved.  Credits appear on the screen that correspond with visual measures of LEED points.
